¶1 The State Board of Registration for Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors (appellant) sought to enjoin Engineered Coatings, Inc., (appellee) from using the word engineered in its name without registering with appellant and obtaining the required certificate of authorization. Appellee allegedly was violating 59 O.S. 1971, Â§Â§ 475.1 -475.39 [Registration of Engineers and Land Surveyors Act], by using the word engineered in its name. ¶2 59 O.S. 1971 Â§ 475.1 provides that:
